What RenderPixels does
RenderPixels turns Tailwind CSS and HTML markup into images. You use it through an AI assistant, such as Claude, that you connect over MCP. Each AI assistant install you authorize becomes a Connected app on your account.
A Render is one call to draw images. One Render can produce several Images, for example a whole favicon set. We count Renders, not Images.
Your account
- Anyone can sign up with a name, email address and password.
- You need to verify your email address before you can connect an AI assistant.
- Use an email address you read. We send account emails there and use it to reach you about your account.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens through your account and your Connected apps. If you think someone else has access, change your password, disconnect the Connected app from your dashboard and tell us.
Free Renders and Credits
Every account gets 50 free Renders each calendar month, counted in UTC. Free Renders you don't use don't carry over to the next month.
After that, each Render spends one Credit. A Render that fails doesn't count and doesn't spend a Credit. With no free Renders and no Credits left, rendering stops until the next month starts or you buy more Credits.
- You buy Credits in Credit packs.
- Credits never expire.
- Credits belong to your account. You can't transfer or sell them, and we don't exchange them for cash, apart from the refunds below.
Payments
We sell Credit packs through Stripe Checkout. You see the price and the number of Credits before you pay. Each purchase is a one-time payment; nothing renews.
Stripe processes the payment and works out any sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card number.
Refunds
If you haven't spent any Credits from a Credit pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which purchase you want refunded.
We refund through Stripe to the payment method you used. When we refund a purchase, or you dispute the charge with your bank, we take that pack's Credits off your balance. Your balance never goes below zero.
Outside those 14 days, or once you've spent Credits from a pack, the purchase is final.
Your content
You're responsible for what you send to RenderPixels (markup, text, images, fonts and brand kits) and for the Images made from it. You need the rights to everything you render, including the fonts, logos and photos in it.
You keep ownership of your content and your Images. You give us permission to store, process and serve them so we can run RenderPixels for you.
Image links are public
Each Render gets its own page at a permanent, unlisted link (/p/…). We don't publish a list of these pages, but anyone who has a link can view and download its Images. Don't render anything you need to keep private.
The links keep working until you delete your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use RenderPixels to:
- get more free Renders than your account allows, for example by creating extra accounts;
- render illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- attack, overload or probe RenderPixels, or get around its limits and security checks.
Suspension
If you break these terms, we can suspend your account. A suspended account can't sign in, connect an AI assistant or render, and its Connected apps are disconnected.
We keep a suspended account and its purchases, so we can lift the suspension later. Its email address stays taken, so you can't sign up again with it.
Closing your account
You can stop using RenderPixels at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Deleting it removes your Renders, so their links stop loading.
Unspent Credits go with the account. If a Credit pack still qualifies for a refund, ask for the refund before you ask us to delete the account. The Privacy Policy lists what we delete and what we keep.
Changes
We may change RenderPixels, its prices and Credit packs, and these terms. Price changes don't touch Credits you already have.
When we change these terms, we post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using RenderPixels after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you.
No warranty
We provide RenderPixels as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and its output correct, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every Image will look the way you expect.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Red Pixel LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim about RenderPixels is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits; there, they apply as far as the law permits.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you rendered or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Delaware, USA, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about RenderPixels.
